This is the privacy statement of Streamlining Services Unipessoal Lda, established in Rua do Mormeiral 4, 4990-750 Ponte de Lima, Portugal (hereinafter: Streamlining Services Unipessoal Lda, streamlining.solutions).

Inspection, correction or removal

You have the right to inspect, correct or remove your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your permission for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to data portability if we have digital personal data that we process with your permission or that we process in order to execute an agreement that we have concluded with you.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the digital personal data that we keep from you in a readable computer file to you or another organization designated by you.

You can send a request for inspection, correction, removal, data transfer of your personal data, or request to withdraw your permission or object to the processing of your personal data, to office@streamlining.solutions.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with the request. In this photo, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Personal identification number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within no later than four weeks.

We would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.
